This step-by-step guide to conducting research in the field of education is designed to assist University of Central Missouri library users who are conducting education research. 

Doing research can be a challenge. This tutorial provides a starting point for education research by guiding the user through the research process. It is designed to help students become familiar with the resources and services of the James C. Kirkpatrick Library. Tips for developing research statements and examples of effective searches are also included.
