PUBLIC SERVICES

Public Services units have daily contact with library clients and are responsible for satisfying their information requests. The units are Access Services which is comprised of Circulation Services and Interlibrary Loan; Government Documents; Periodicals; Reference; and Special Collections. Internet access was greatly improved in the Reference area with several new computers, and existing computers were upgraded to provide faster access. Additional web-based reference resources were acquired.
