Center for Academic Technology (CAT) Grants

To advance the University's statewide mission in professional technology, the Center for Academic Technology (CAT) offered a special round of technology grants. Public Services received funds to equip library room 2439 with eight computers for student workstations. This electronic classroom helps meet Central Missouri's professional technology mission by putting technology in the hands of students across the curriculum. It also allows small classes to have hands-on experience in accessing information.

A second grant provided the Department of Library Science and Information Services with five student workstations for the electronic classroom in room 1464.
