This site, maintained by the ERIC Clearinghouse on Educational Management at the University of Oregon, is a great resource for full-text reports on educational administration topics and statistics useful for current and future school administrators.

Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning (McREL)
The Mid-continent Regional Educational Laboratory is one of the best places to go for educational resources, particularly in the area of standards and frameworks.

National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP)
Since 1969, the National Assessment of Educational Progress, also known as "the Nation's Report Card," has assessed the academic performance of fourth, eighth, and twelfth graders in a range of subjects.

National Center for Education Statistics
The purpose of this site is to provide clear, complete information about NCES' mission and activities, and to serve the research and education communities.

National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST)
Funded by the U.S. Department of Education and the Office of Educational Research and Improvement, CRESST conducts research on important topics related to K-12 educational testing.

National Center on Educational Outcomes
Conducts research into the use of assessments to measure education outcomes.  It has a particular focus on looking at how programs ensure the equitable participation of all students, including those with disabilities.

American Association of School Administrators

Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development
Provides excerpts from many of its articles; these can be searched by keyword.  Check out their "Hotlist."

Missouri Council of School Administrators
MCSA is the umbrella organization for two associations of public school administrators. The Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) serves school superintendents, and the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) serves elementary and middle school principals.

National Association of Elementary School Principals

National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP)

Serves education leaders in middle level schools and high schools.

National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE)
The NASBE is a non-profit, private association that represents state and territorial boards of education.
