Pal V. Rao and Laura M. Rao presented "Organizing the Information Resources for the Next Millennium" at the April 23 Syllabus Conference at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Dr. Rao also served as a panel respondent to the keynote speech "Creating Virtual Communities" at the same conference.
